The health and safety of our colleagues, customers and community is our highest priority.  In line with Government advice on social distancing, we are working from behind closed doors, but we continue to work on behalf of our customers either remotely, or from within the branch. 

The coronavirus continues to impact all of us and whilst this means there will be restrictions on welcoming you into our branch, we remain open and fully committed to supporting all of our customers. We are changing and adapting the way that we operate, enabling many of our staff to work remotely, and whilst our office doors will be closed, we will be available to you online (, on the phone (0113 231 1033) and via email ( throughout this crisis.

We are providing vital support to our landlords and rental customers and those with housing transactions nearing completion, and our mortgage services team is available to assist those looking to review their current mortgage arrangements.  If you are one of the thousands of customers that we have helped in the past, we are still contactable if you need us.
