For our Let Only service we charge a letting fee of £350.00 plus VAT (£420.00). Call the office for further information or pop in and speak to us.
Fully Managed Service

- Drawing up tenancy agreements.
- Managing the utilities.
- Property inspections every three months.
- Issuing of correct legal notices.
- General day to day running of the property.
- 24/7 Maintenance reporting system for tenants to use
For our Fully Managed service we charge a letting fee of £300.00 plus VAT (£360.00) and a monthly management charge of 10%. We can be flexible if you don’t require everything listed and we also offer a fee guarantee scheme.
